2022 Thank You!
Dear Friend,
Thank you for partnering with One Special Christmas.
We’re thrilled about the success of our 2022 charity auction, and we’re most grateful to you for supporting us in this community service. Together we raised over $55,000! Your contribution helped us to impact the lives of eight special families this year!
With your help we were able to help a single mom who has been out of work during a cancer battle. Her three daughters had a magical Christmas and were able to celebrate it in their own cozy home. Their mom had not received disability yet, and didn’t know how she would keep the rent paid and the power on—much less provide them with the Christmas memories they deserved. She was so thankful and overwhelmed with your generosity.
Another single mom who was given just six weeks to live (two years ago) wanted to be able to make memories with her children on a special vacation but her disability income hasn’t allowed it. You provided a special Christmas for her children and a vacation is being planned for this spring.
Also, we were able to assist six other families in various ways! Each child surely felt loved in a BIG WAY and hopefully felt the world was a bit softer after otherwise having such a tough year.
A local school counselor, whose students you blessed, wrote a sweet thank you note to us saying:
“You, the volunteers, and all of the OSC donors are greatly appreciated for your kindness and generosity. Your organization exemplifies the true meaning and spirit of Christmas. May God bless each of you and enable you to continue His work by helping deserving families for many Christmases to come!!”
From the bottom of my heart I want to thank you. It’s folks like you that allow this charity to be ongoing. God has truly blessed us with you!
